uhm ok well the 4 way swinger has a lil red knob on the part that is connected to the spring i think were the air sits twist it off and u can buy an air pump for like 30 40$ not to sure how muhc that is in pound but the guy i bought mine off of for 850 lol no joke he did he own tune ups and when i went to get it checked out it only had 10psi in it, and the guy at the shop said it should have at least a quarter of your body weight so now i have 100psi in there

yeah man my suggestion as i have been recommended to get a TI spring cause really nuthing wrong with the 4 way swinger but i really did look at the 08 rock sho vivid but by time is was installed orderd and everything came to about 680$ and that is a bit to pricy for me but i do find the travis are to plush

yeah thats it! Thats just of the one track though, the other one is a lot more mental!
